Can brush be cleared along the Moose Horn River on my property?
Often, once you have checked the rules. Riverbank brush holds soil, and some of it should stay. We can open the ground above the bank and leave a strip of growth at the water. Ask Carlton County zoning or the DNR what is allowed, then Calvin plans the cut around that answer.
